This morning we went for a walk that started on Torrey Pines State Beach and ended on top of the bluffs at Torrey Pines State Reserve. We were on the beach at about 7:30am and I found a starfish that was washed up a little past the wave break. I picked him up and put him back in the waves. We didn't see him again so hopefully he got back into the sea. He was blue, that was kind of weird. I've never seen a starfish on the beach before.
